The Ministry of Finance monitors the payment of incentives to medical personnel of hospitals and medical staff of other organizations treating patients infected with coronavirus and quarantined at the expense of the Anti-Crisis Fund under the Ministry of Finance.
On May 15-18 this year, the Department of State financial control of the Ministry of Finance has identified the delays in payment of special incentives in the amount of 19.6 billion sums to 932 employees of 32 hospitals and other organizations involved in treating patients infected with coronavirus.
For example, due to the fact that applications weren’t submitted to the regional Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological wellbeing by the Hospital of infectious diseases of Kashkadarya, it was identified that 21 medical workers didn’t receive overall 373.6 million sums for the second 14 days of work and were all paid.

Recently, enormlous attention has been paid to the introduction of modern information technologies in the economy and public administration, as well as the development of the digital economy, facilitating the provision of public services to the population using digital technologies and eliminating bureaucracy.
Especially during the coronavirus pandemic, when the majority of the population is at home following quarantine measures, it is clear how urgent and important it is to provide them with remote public services and reduce the paperwork due to the sanitation issues.
One such public service is the payment of benefits to low-income families with children under 14 years, childcare benefits until the child reaches the age of two, and financial assistance to low-income families (hereinafter - social benefits). It is true to note that the process of assigning these social benefits has been more formal and bureaucratic. Thereby, it is high time to exempt families in need of assistance from collecting various certificates and other supporting documents to become eligible for the benefits.
In order to solve the issue, the Ministry of Finance examined international practices and found ways in which conduct similar processes are conducted abroad. As a result of these studies, the information system "Single Register of Social Protection" (hereinafter - the Single Register) was created.

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev chaired a videoconference meeting on September 4 to discuss the development of physical culture and sports education, consolidation of efforts designed to prepare for international competitions.
As it was noted at the meeting, enormous amount of work has been undertaken in this area in recent years. The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank for the Regional Road Development project of local importance, and intends to send a portion of these funds for the payment of goods, works and consulting services to be procured under the project.
Position Title: Bridge Engineer
• University degree in Construction or road engineering; in economics and project management;
• Work experience (5 years and more) in this specialization, including experience in the investment projects financed by international financial institutions.
Personal qualities: ability to clearly explain the idea of the plan and drawings, to analyze information and evaluate solutions, confident decision-making, excellent organizational, communication and management skills, the ability to manage and lead the team, logical thinking and ability to cooperate with others, the ability to work with medium budget and timing, good team work, a thorough knowledge of the local legislation.
1. Knowledge of Uzbek, Russian and English;
2. Higher education in the construction and road engineering;
3. Work experience (3 years and more) in international organizations, mainly in projects of the reconstruction / rehabilitation of roads and artificial structures, knowledge of FIDIC standards and local legislation on the regulation of road construction;
4. The certificates / licenses for supervising the road construction and engineering structures, as well as the possession of special knowledge on the application of standards AASHTO, BS;
5. Good computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
6. Good knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage.
