A new system for automatic recording within 24 hours of voice messages arriving at the ‘helpline’ is entered. During 2017 - 764 appeals are arrived on treasury questions, on pension, wage and tenders questions. During the reporting period, 770 appeals were examined (including 41 appeals passing since 2016), of which 269 (35%) were confirmed. During consideration, on the revealed violations to 99 responsible persons reprimands are applied concerning 10 persons presumptive damages are applied and 4 persons are dismissed. Also, following the results of studying, 9 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies and 38 representations overed to higher authorities.
A new system for automatic recording within 24 hours of voice messages arriving at the ‘helpline’ is entered. During Q3 2017 -  671 appeals are arrived on treasury questions, on pension, wage and tenders questions. During the reporting period, 680 appeals were examined (including 41 appeals passing since 2016), of which 238 (35%) were confirmed. During consideration, on the revealed violations to 87 responsible persons reprimands are applied concerning 9 persons presumptive damages are applied and 4 persons are dismissed. Also, following the results of studying, 9 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies and 38 representations overed to higher authorities.

During Q2 2017 -  511 appeals are arrived on treasury questions, on pension, wage and tenders questions. For reporting period - 519 appeals were studied from which 185 appeals (35,6%) were confirmed. During consideration, on the revealed violations to 63 responsible persons reprimands are applied concerning 6 persons presumptive damages are applied and 4 persons are dismissed. Also, following the results of studying, 8 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies and 27 representations overed to higher authorities.

During consideration, on the revealed violations to 39 responsible persons reprimands are applied. Also, following the results of studying, 4 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies and 2 representations overed to higher authorities.

During consideration, on the revealed violations to 30 responsible persons reprimands are applied, concerning 1 persons presumptive damages are applied and 1 person is dismissed. Also, following the results of studying, 11 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies and 5 representations overed to higher authorities.

During Q2 2016, 814 appeals are arrived on treasury questions, on pension, wage and tenders questions. During Q2 2016, 772 appeals were studied from which 423 appeals (51,9%) were confirmed. During consideration, on the revealed violations to 87 responsible persons reprimands are applied, concerning 5 persons presumptive damages are applied. Also, following the results of studying, 23 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies and 135 representations overed to higher authorities.
During Q1 2016 are 814 appeals arrived. Of them, during the quarter were studied 772, 423 or 51,9% of them were confirmed. During consideration, on the revealed violations to 87 responsible persons reprimands are applied. Also, according to the results of studies conducted, 23 appeals materials transferred to law enforcement authorities and made 23 representations to higher authorities.
A new system for automatic recording within 24 hours of voice messages arriving at the ‘hepline’ is entered (the component driver of TP-link model was installed and the Ventafax 5.0 was installed on the computer, the answering machine is connected).  During 2015 on treasury, pension, wages and tenders issues 842 appeals are received . During consideration, on the revealed violations to 143 responsible persons "reprimands" are applied, concerning 29 persons presumptive damages are applied and 40 persons are dismissed.  Also, according to the results of studies conducted on the materials submitted 36 appeals to the law enforcement bodies and 103 made representations to higher authorities. Also, following the results of studying, 36 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies
During Q1 2014 are 78 appeals arrived. Including, on treasury 31 appeals, on pension 47 appeals. Together with addresses passed of 2014, 73 addresses were studied from which 49 (67,1%) were confirmed. During consideration, on the revealed violations to 10 responsible persons reprimands are applied, concerning 2 persons presumptive damages are applied. Also, following the results of studying, 2 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies.
During 2013 are 436 appeals arrived. Including, on treasury questions of 78 appeals, on pension questions of 357 appeals and 1 appeal on carrying out the electronic biddings. Together with addresses passed of 2012, 436 addresses were studied from which 191(43,8%) were confirmed. During consideration, on the revealed violations to 39 responsible persons "reprimands" are applied, concerning 17 persons presumptive damages are applied and 8 persons are dismissed. Also, following the results of studying, 4 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies.
During Q3 2013 are 360 appeals arrived. Including, on treasury questions of 61 appeals, on pension questions of 298 appeals and 1 appeal on carrying out the electronic biddings. Together with addresses passed of 2012, 363 addresses were studied from which 165 (45,5%) were confirmed. During consideration, on the revealed violations to 38 responsible persons "reprimands" are applied, concerning 15 persons presumptive damages are applied and 6 persons are dismissed. Also, following the results of studying, 4 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies.
During I half-year 2013 295 appeals are arrived. Including, on treasury questions of 36 appeals, on pension questions of 258 appeals and 1 appeal on carrying out the electronic biddings. Together with addresses passed of 2012, 296 addresses were studied from which 126 (42,5%) were confirmed. During consideration, on the revealed violations to 30 responsible persons "reprimands" are applied, concerning 12 persons presumptive damages are applied and 4 persons are dismissed. Also, following the results of studying, 3 appeals are transferred to law enforcement agencies.
